As a first time home buyer, Tracey made me feel safe during this whole process. She was always available when I had a question, needed to vent my frustrations about the process Lol, or just anything in general I needed. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand every step that is going on. She assured me to trust her and let her work her magic, and I can say everything turned out great! There were a few bumps along the road at no fault of her own, and even then she was there and handled everything! She is so friendly, but professional, and really makes you feel like you're the most important client she has. I know she is busy because she is just that great and she juggles things so effortlessly. There was never a time she wasn't available for me.
